Do I keep my phone number?+
Yes. Calls forward to your receptionist after hours, on overflow, or all the time. Your choice.
Can I name my receptionist?+
Yes. You pick the name and the greeting. It answers as your shop, and if a caller asks, it says plainly that it’s automated.
What about real emergencies?+
Gas, smoke, a burning smell or a CO alarm: it tells the caller to get outside and call 911 from outside, then flags your on-call tech. Not a replacement for 911.
